Refund policy

Refund Policy:

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when an item arrives defective or incorrect — in that case, we cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.

If you return one item from a bundle or BOGO deal, the discount tied to that bundle is void, and the retained item will be charged at its full price.

Items marked Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
